Seth has been in the construction industry since 1999. He began his career in Wilmington framing houses before transitioning to commercial construction in 2007. He joined the H&M team in 2014 as a Project Manager, and has run several renovation projects as well as new construction from the ground up.
Seth earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University.
