Iotla Valley Elementary
The Iotla Valley Elementary School project, built for the Macon County Schools system, was an entirely new 94,000 sq. foot school, complete with a gymnasium, full kitchen, cafeteria, and media center in addition to classrooms and offices. The old existing school building on site had to be demolished to make way for the new buildings, which serve Pre-K through 4th grade children.
This project featured an HVAC system with geothermal wells, which will provide long-term economic benefits, as well as being more ecologically friendly than more conventional systems.
