Brevard First United Methodist Church Renovations

This design-build project led by H&M and her sister companies (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical) touched all areas of the church.  It included a new electrical service and MDP panels with extensive water, sewer, and gas supply changes throughout as well as an entirely new HVAC system.  New additions include a gathering space with a covered entry, stair tower, two story toilet room tower, elevator tower w/ elevator, and all new windows.  Subsequently the church requested that we also waterproof the entire existing basement as well as install a new commercial kitchen hood.  The church remained 100% “open for business” except for one long weekend needed to facilitate the new electric service installation.  The church even held their annual Father/Daughter dance during the height of construction.  This team effort centered around the perfect building committee and was a win-win for everyone.
