Eric has been a commercial builder since 1987 and has been with H&M since 2011. He was previously a Project Manager, Vice President and then President with another local commercial contractor before leaving to work with a commercial developer. His passion is negotiating projects which provides an excellent opportunity for Owners to get exactly what they want. Providing leadership for the Owner / Design / Contractor collaboration gives purpose to his passion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Studies from Wheaton Graduate School.
