Brett has been with H&M Constructors since 1978, shortly after its creation, and became president in 1985. He has led the company from its early days with few resources, to total revenues topping $100 million last year. With Brett’s leadership, H&M’s business grew from doing solely bid work to include Design-Build contracts, negotiated Cost-Plus projects, and Construction Manager at Risk work.
Brett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill University. He also currently serves as Executive Vice-President of M.B. Haynes Corporation.
